Simi VidBack delays the replay of the athlete’s motions anywhere from zero to two minutes and ten seconds, long enough for that athlete to view his actions on the monitor. While he is watching his recording, the next athlete can complete his exercise and view it afterwards. The athlete can watch the action he has just performed on the computer and receive scientifically proven, efficient feedback about his performance, without holding everyone else up. Retroactive Saving of Video Sequences Due to the continuous delay, time consuming rewinding is a thing of the past. With normal video systems each recording needs to be stopped and rewound before playback -- now with VidBack there is no interruption in the exercise chain. After starting the program, VidBack runs automatically and requires no further user interaction. No rewind, no effort...you can even use a remote control! For post-editing of the training sessions you often need selected parts from the lesson. Saving everything demands a large hard drive capacity (about 210MB per minute) and forces the operator to search for and cut out the relevant scenes. With VidBack, the operator decides whether the video sequence was relevant, or not, and saves it with one keystroke – after it has actually happened! Also, after saving your recorded videos you can export them to other Simi software, like Sports Player or MotionTwin for further in-depth analyses.
